Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Vogus Tshirts. Since our products are made using a Print-on-Demand process, each item is printed specifically after an order is placed.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged.
• The product received has a printing defect.
• The wrong product, size, or color was delivered.
• The package is lost during transit.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size selected by the customer.
• Change of mind after order placement.
• Minor color variation due to screen differences.
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Return Request Timeline

Customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Description of the issue

Requests submitted after 5 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
  
  

  Cancellation Policy

  Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.
